The client’s brief called for a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home with two living areas, seamlessly connected to both the backyard and the streetscape. With central living spaces as the heart of the home, bedrooms are positioned to the sides, creating a natural balance between active and retreat areas.

A key challenge was achieving a high-end, luxury feel within a defined budget, leading to refined material choices and thoughtful detailing.
